We offer a variety of group sessions throughout the day. We have multiple classes to fit your schedule and your fitness needs.

If you prefer an individual approach to fitness we offer private sessions and small group sessions with a Personal Trainer.
We offer specialized group sessions that are designed specifically for our ladies over 60.
